3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Attempting to register multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate promotional benefits or circumventing restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account suspension.

4. Terms of Use

• Impersonating mpo08 employees, representatives or any other User in a manner intended to deceive or cause harm.
• Exploiting errors, technical malfunctions or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any activity that facilitates money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other unlawful conduct through or in connection with the Platform.
• Reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting any Platform Content without prior written authorisation from mpo08.

5. Account Registration and KYC

5.1 Registration Requirements

To access certain features of the Platform, Users may be required to register an Account. During registration, Users must provide accurate, current and complete information including, where applicable, full legal name, date of birth, contact details and Malaysian bank account or e-wallet information. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.2 KYC Verification

mpo08 applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering and responsible gambling standards. Users may be required to submit supporting identity documents, including a valid Malaysian national identification card (MyKad) or passport, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Account operations may be restricted until satisfactory KYC documentation is received and verified.

5.3 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. You must not share your username, password or any one-time security code with any third party. mpo08 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to protect their credentials. You must notify mpo08 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access or security breach affecting your Account.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mpo08 supports a range of MYR-denominated payment channels commonly used by Malaysian adults, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and direct transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong Bank. 6.2 Transaction Ownership

mpo08 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free or secure basis at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions and circumstances beyond the reasonable control of mpo08 may affect Platform availability from time to time.

10. Responsible Gambling

mpo08 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Users aged 21 and above. Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting mpo08 through the designated support channel. Account closure does not affect any accrued rights, obligations or liabilities arising prior to the date of closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
